For those who don't keep their ear to the street, it is quite possible you missed your chance at listening to a poet, but no worries. Nineteen years young, a native of the ivy-league based town Princeton, New Jersey, Fidel has been writing rhymes to bless beats since he was at the age of ten. After a brief hiatus The Boy Wonder has returned to the pen and pad & his craft that he has vary well mastered. Though nothing has officially been released, Banks has confirmed that "something is in the works"...stay tuned.
Realizing at a young age their penchant for writing and
hip-hop, 1st cousins Streetz and Young Deuces officially got their
start when their mixtape “We want In Vol 2” sold over 15,000 units.
No easy feat for an unsigned artist, especially one from Milwaukee WI, a city rarely mentioned in hip-hop. “Milwaukee is overlooked and doesn’t get the props it deserves so we are pushing to make people recognize Milwaukee” says Young Deuces.Mission accomplished. Since the release of “We want In Vol 2”, Streetz
and Young Deuces have appeared on numerous mixtapes hosted by hip-hop’s
elite including DJ Drama & The Aphilliates and DJ Green Lantern.
The 4020 Boyz from
Columbus, Ohio there stage name comes from the address of a common hangout spot
where their music studio was located. The original group was formed in 2007 the
group consisted of four members; TazMatic, Creeper, Will Flow and Mr. Ick but
was cut down to two members due to the lack of commitment from the other group
members. In 2008, Will Flow and Mr. Ick obtained management from a former local
artist Jermaine Mitchell and with his help reintroduced the 4020 Boyz to the
music scene. In 2010 the Ohio Hip Hop Awards nominated the 4020 Boyz for
Best New Group and Best Album (The Book Bag Theory) and 2011 Best Group.
Residing on the east side of Columbus, OH the 4020 Boyz
met each other around 2007 at a job they were both working. After
noticing a common bond of their love for music, Mr. Ick (Albert Munnerlyn) born
on May 4, 1984 in Atlanta, GA and Will Flow (Willie Flowers) born on September
18, 1986 in Dayton, OH began working on their future music career. In college
Willie Flowers started recording and performing songs, but quickly found out
with his first live performance that “rapping” is more than getting on stage,
its entertainment. Mr. Ick had never performed previously but quickly became a
natural on stage. As a group they have found a way to creatively fuse Gangsta Rap and with a Backpack Swag. Some of the artist
that have influenced the 4020 Boyz are Outkast, 8 Ball & MJG, Andre 3000
and also groups such as The Temptations, The Jackson Five and The Dells. The
4020 Boyz believe that with faith and ambition anything is possible, including
them gaing notice in the music industry. Get Ready…Get Busy!

Fonix is a rapper from NJ that strives for excellence.
Fonix's inspirations come from three major influences. The first major
Influences are his upbringing. The Second influence is constantly listening
to hip-hop while growing up, and the third and most important influence
is Freestyle Rapping in "cyphers".Around the time Fonix became an upper-classmen he never
even considered recording hip hop yet he would rap on a daily basis.
His first album ironically was Nas’ Illmactic, yet he was a die-hard
Eminem fan during his younger years. Fonix uses Hip Hop to express his
feeling in a plethora of styles that the artist is constantly improving
and experimenting with.
